Welcome to Mission-based Massachusetts' resource for nonprofit board members. This list is to be used to share important information and to ask questions in response to which other nonprofit board members might be able to provide insights.
Important information could relate to events, governance, opportunities and resources that might be useful to nonprofit board members but it is not for use as a platform for spam.
Questions might relate to regulations, best practices, resources etc. and members can choose to respond publicly if they think their answer is relevant to most nonprofit boards, or privately if the answer is more specific or sensitive.
